The BiruGlobal organization was established  with the aim of uniting and organizing various Andean and indigenous artisans who had been displaced to the outskirts of Lima due to the violence of terrorism. BiruGlobal's key strength lies in its roots as a project that involves artisans from all over Peru, who had gathered on the outskirts of Lima due to social circumstances. This led to the expansion of the network of workshops that BiruGlobal collaborates with nationwide. Consequently, BiruGlobal has positioned itself as a company dedicated to fostering and empowering artisan communities in regions such as Puno, Huancavelica, Ayacucho, Huancayo, Cajamarca, among others. The business model of BiruGlobal is centered on partnering with community-operated workshops throughout Peru to assist them in becoming independent entrepreneurs who can benefit from their craftsmanship, work under favorable conditions, and preserve their cultural heritage.
